We are proud to announce and provide residential customers with  managed IT and express technical support services.  By subscribing in one of our three care plans below you can receive  express support,  avoid minimum diagnostic and labor charges, and receive quarter hourly billing for cost savings on our plans. These plans offer residential consumers access to us by phone, email or remote support services and even on-site service with our premium care plan. This gives access and provides rapid response  to short technical questions, troubleshooting, inquiries and remote support sessions. These services also offer virus, malware protection and backup services with all three tiers.  Additionally, our members receive personal interaction with knowledgeable staff where we pride ourselves in understanding your needs and working and understanding  your unique systems with our managed support. Our goal is to provide you with quick and easy computer  support on issues when  you need them!

*Expedited remote support includes our average less than 2 hour response time during weekdays from 9:00 AM through 7:00 PM CST.
**After hours, weekend and holiday support can be made available to premium care members with 24 hour notification and availability. Labor and  charges will be negotiated before services are rendered.
***Preventive Care and Premium Care Services offer up to three (3) instances or cumulative half (½) hour of initial diagnostics, services or support care per month including Email, Phone, or Chat support.
****On-Site support is negotiated on per instance basis and may depend on availability, location and other factors. One time 15 mile roundtrip is allotted  per month. Additional charges may apply over non covered areas. Please contact us if out of the area when purchasing our Premium Care plan.

We use PayPal for payment processing but you do not need to have a PayPal account to subscribe. Click on the “Care Plan” above then click on Pay with Debit or Credit at the bottom. You can then check out as guest, but you will need to provide your email address so we can send the agreement and start our technical support communication with you.  After purchasing your plan you will be sent the Agreement above for you plan type with your information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your contract to be emailed to you.
